Kinanu & Associates Certified Public Accountants (KAA) is a firm of Professional Accountants registered and licensed to carry out business of external audit, Assurance, Consultancy, Tax and Business Advisory Services. Engagement Partner

The Managing Partner of KAA will be reporting partner for this assignment. A Practicing Accountant and Former Vice Chairman- ICPAK (Institute of Certified Accountants of Kenya. Largest Professional Body in Africa –also chaired several Committees. Awarded Fellowship – ICPAK June 2015 due to her exemplary contribution to the Profession. Has over twenty (25) years’ experience in audit, consultancy, accounting, taxation, company Secretarial work and general management.

She has been as a Private Sector delegate- On Presidential visits to France, Germany; Belgium, Israel, Botswana; Mauritius and Uganda. Rosemary has the Tenacity to spot Business and Service Delivery opportunities some of which culminated into setting up AFS – West Indies and TACT as well as introducing High Net worth Investors; Project Contacts and Experts/Government Officials /Philanthropists /Researchers/Private Equity/Development Partners.

CPA Christopher Siambe

Manager

Holds a BCom degree from University of Nairobi. A Certified Public Accountant and a Member of ICPAK. He has 25+ years’ experience working in audit and accounting in public, private and international trade and development sectors. He is well versed with USG and other donors’ funds management rules and practices having worked with Crown Agents for over 9 years. Accomplished in finance, tax, risk assessment and project management reviews. He has audited Forum for International Cooperation –Denmark an NGO with 11 Participating Partners in East Africa since 2018 to 2020.

Irene Gathoni Muiru

Senior Auditor

Holds a BCom degree from University of Nairobi and Certified Public Accountant. Carried out Project Audits funded by UNDP – Somalia and Sudan in 2017. Team member on this assignment that involved carrying out technical, financial and performance audits of projects funded by UNDP in South Sudan and North Sudan region. Review of systems and verification exercise to ensure accuracy in accounting. Issue of independent audit opinion on completion of the audit exercise.

Mike Ngui

Senior Auditor

Holds a BCom degree from University of Nairobi. Mike has over 12 years’ experience in areas of audit, taxation and accounting. It started at Osoro & Co. (CPAs) as an Assistant back in 2008 and later became a Senior in Audit & Tax. In 2016, I moved to Bosire Ongeri & Co. (CPAs). in the capacity of Audit Senior-NGO Section up to date. Notable NGOs I have audited include Forum for International Cooperation, Jesuit Refugee Service, The 410 Bridge International, Danish Refugee Council and Centre for Study of Adolescence among others. Examples of these projects are those funded by SIDA, DANIDA, UNHCR, AMREF, CORDAID, AfDB, Finnish Church Aid, World Bank, Rutgers WPF, Swedish Sexuality Institute and UNESCO.

Vivian Odoyo

Audit Assistant

I am a holder of the Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (Part II completed). I also did a Bachelor of Commerce Undergraduate Degree from Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology and attained 2nd Class, Upper Division. I was previously attached to the County Government of Migori, Accounts Department where I was involved in raising of payment vouchers to contractors, raising imprest warrants, preparing bank reconciliations, updating the cashbook of expenditure and deposits accounts, raising of monthly expenditure, and updating of pending bills, writing payment receipts and preparing supplementary budgets.

CPA Daniel Ngamate

Partner Reviewer

Holds a BA degree from University of Nairobi and Certified Public Accountant of Kenya. He is a Member of ICPAK and Fellow of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) He has 20+ years’ experience working in audit and accounting in public and private sectors. He consulted in Financial statement audits in international development, manufacturing and review for IPSAS compliance, preparation of IPSAS financial support and schedules to support annual audit.
